1、 Hydraulic pump produces noise

Reason 1: The oil suction pipe is compressed or the hydraulic oil suction filter element is blocked.

Solution: Clean or replace the hydraulic oil suction filter element.

Reason 2: The oil suction pipe joint is loose, causing the hydraulic pump to suck in a large amount of air.

Solution: Re tighten the pipe joint.

Reason 3: Excessive viscosity of hydraulic oil leads to cavitation noise.

Solution: Replace with hydraulic oil of appropriate viscosity.

Reason 4: Abnormal noise caused by wear and tear of the hydraulic pump itself.

Solution: Check and repair the hydraulic pump.

2、 Insufficient hydraulic pump displacement and slow excavator speed

Reason 1: If the engine speed does not meet the requirements, it will cause insufficient displacement of the hydraulic pump.

Solution: Check and adjust the engine speed.

Reason 2: Low hydraulic oil viscosity, high hydraulic oil temperature, and low oil level can all cause insufficient displacement of the hydraulic pump.

Solution: Replace with high-quality or appropriately viscous hydraulic oil and replenish insufficient hydraulic oil.

Reason 3: The adjustment bolt of the hydraulic pump regulator is loose.

Solution: Adjust the hydraulic pump displacement again and tighten the adjustment bolts.

Reason 4: In addition to hydraulic pumps, excessive pressure relief in distribution valves, oil cylinders, motors, etc. can also lead to insufficient displacement and slow speed.

Solution: Check, repair, and eliminate faulty parts.

Reason 5: The inclined plate of the hydraulic pump is stuck and the regulator is worn.

Solution: Repair or replace damaged components.

3、 Abnormal heating of hydraulic pump

Reason 1: Heating caused by excessive leakage in the hydraulic pump.

Solution: Repair or replace the hydraulic pump.

Reason 2: Heating caused by wear or damage to the hydraulic pump bearings.

Solution: Repair or replace worn parts of the hydraulic pump.
